You have 14 calendar days to return or exchange an item from the date you received it. Eligibility for return and exchanges is dependent upon the condition of the item. The item must be in the condition in which you received it and unused. Additionally, a note should be attached to your item with your refund request or exchange details.

Upon receiving your item, there will be an inspection conducted to review the condition of the item and a notification sent to you that we have received your item. Thereafter inspecting your item, we will notify you of the status of your item. If your return is approved, you will receive a refund on your original payment method. Exchanges will ship once your item is received and inspected.
